美国公共图书馆“Job”信息服务研究

美国受次贷金融危机的影响，失业率一度徘徊在8．00～10．00％之间，劳动力市场存在近千万的失业者、高校毕业生、跳槽等求职群体，他们存在迫切的“Job”信息服务需求。美国公共图书馆针对社会公众就业信息服务的现实需求，纷纷设置与之对应的服务项目，包括资源、服务、培训及其合作等。文章选择美国排名靠前的8家公共图书馆进行研究，从重视程度（网站布局与设计）、服务对象、信息资源与服务、培训课程、相关服务及社会合作几个方面展开，期望对国内图书馆的“Job”信息服务有所借鉴。

The unemployment rate has been hovering between 8.00 - 10.00% by the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States. The labor market has nearly ten million unemployed, college graduates, job hopping and other job groups, and they have an urgent need for ＂ Job＂ information services. Public libraries in the United States for the social demand of public employment information services, have set up the corresponding service projects, including resources, services, training and cooperation, etc. The public libraries ranked top 8 in the United States were studied from the degree of attention （site layout and design）, the service object, information resources and services, training courses, related services and social cooperation, aiming at providing reference for such service in the domestic libraries.
