摘要
在科学评价在线旅游网站运营绩效的基础上改进服务策略对全面提升在线旅游产业具有重大意义。文章从多投入、多产出的角度出发,选用内容架构、链接量及旅游信息覆盖程度等指标构建了在线旅游网站的评价体系。选用数据包络分析方法的CCR模型对我国12家在线旅游网站的信息服务进行运营效率测评。研究结果表明:在12家研究样本中有8家DEA有效而4家非DEA有效;网站的运营效率与网站的内容架构、链接量及旅游信息的覆盖程度都有较大的相关性,对全体指标加大投入并且均衡各指标的投入比例将对改善和提高在线旅游网站的运营效率及顾客满意度等起到非常有效的作用。
Service strategy improvement plays a significant role in the process of online travel industry promotion based on online travel websites' scientific evaluation. From the view of multi-inputs and multioutput, this paper selects content architecture, link capacity and the coverage of tourist information as factors to form the online travel websites' layer evaluation system. CCR model in DEA is applied to evaluate the information service performance of Chinese 12 famous travel websites. The research results show that only 8 samples are DEA effective and 4 samples are non-DEA effective. The operation efficiency is greatly related to content architecture, link capacity and the coverage of tourist information. Therefore, increasing all factors investment and balancing proportions of investment will play an effective role in improving the online travel website's operation efficiency and enhancing customer's satisfaction.
