护理学专业在校本科生自主学习能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of status quo and influencing factors of independing learning ability of undergraduate nursing students in school

[目的]了解我校本科护生自主学习能力现状及主要影响因素。[方法]采用随机整群抽样方法,应用护理专业大学护生自主学习能力测评量表对286名在校本科护生进行问卷调查。[结果]在校本科护生自主学习能力得分为(104.5±12.4)分。在校本科护生自主学习能力的主要影响因素有目前兼职、经常参加小组学习、认为网络学习有趣及认可自己的学习习惯。不同年级在校本科护生自主学习能力不同,二年级护生自主学习能力得分最高,一年级次之,三年级得分最低。[结论]护生自主学习能力受多因素影响,鼓励在校本科护生参加课外活动或适当兼职、经常参加小组学习、培养网络学习的兴趣及良好的学习习惯可显著提高其自主学习能力。

Objective：To understand the status quo and influencing factors of independing learning ability of undergraduate nursing students in school.Methods：The random cluster sampling method and were used,a total of286 undergraduate nursing students received the questionnaire survey by using evaluation scale of college nursing students＇ autonomous learning ability.Results：The score of independent learning ability of undergraduate nursing students was（104.5±12.4）.The main influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students＇ independent learning ability were current part-time,often to participate in group study,to learn the professional interest and recognition of their own learning habits.The independent learning ability was different in different grades of undergraduate nursing students,nursing students in grade two had the highest scores of independent learning ability,the second was grade one,the lowest score in grade three.Conclusion：Independent learning ability of nursing students was influenced by many factors,Encouraging undergraduate nursing students to participate in extracurricular activities or appropriate part time,often participating in group learning,developing the interest of online learning and good learning habits could significantly improve their independent learning ability.
