基于中医体质学的中西医结合延续护理对寻常型银屑病病人康复效果的影响

Influence of continuous nursing of integrative medicine based on TCM constitution science on rehabilitation effect of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

[目的]探讨基于中医体质学的中西医结合延续护理方案对寻常型银屑病病人康复效果的影响。[方法]将140例确诊为寻常型银屑病病人按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各70例。在中西医结合治疗方案基础上对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中西医结合延续护理。[结果]护理干预2个月、6个月、12个月两组银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);干预6个月、12个月两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2个月、6个月、12个月两组皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束后2个月观察组复发率(20%)明显低于对照组(60%)(P=0.005)。[结论]基于中医体质学的中西医结合延续护理能有效提高寻常型银屑病病人疗效,改善病人的生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective：To probe into influence of continuous nursing of integrative medicine based on TCM constitution science on rehabilitation effect of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：A total of 140 patients diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each.On the basis of integrative medicine treatment,the patients in control group received routine nursing,and the patients in observation group received continuous nursing of integrative medicine.Results：There was statistically significant difference in psoriasis area and severity index（PASI）scores between both groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）after 2months,6months and 12 months of nursing intervention;there was statistically significant difference in curative effect between both groups after 6months and 12 months of intervention;there was statistically significant difference in dermatology life quality index（DLQI）score between both groups after intervention;the recurrence rate（20%）of observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（60%）（P=0.005）.Conclusion：continuous nursing of integrative medicine based on TCM constitution science could improve the curative effect,improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
