浅论人民政协民主监督的途径

Approaches to the democratic supervision of the People's Political Consultative Conference

人民政协是中国人民爱国统一战线的组织,是中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商的重要机构,是中国政治生活中发扬社会主义民主的一种重要形式。它在国家的政治生活中发挥着政治协商、民主监督和参政议政的职能,其中尤以民主监督的作用更为突出。但若要发挥民主监督的作用,必须具有相应的方式方法,唯有这样才会充分利用政协民主监督的职能,才会更加广泛的联系和团结各阶层群众。文章着重从内外两个方面分析人民政协民主监督的途径,以便更好地发挥其自身的民主监督作用。

The People＇s Political Consultative Conference is one of the important organizations of the Chinese people＇s patriotic united front and an institution for promoting the multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of CPC, which plays a key role in the construetion of socialist democracy as well as in the political consultation and participation, and democratic supervision. The democratic supervision relies on effective means through the People＇s Political Consultative Conference for involving all walks of life. This paper discusses the approaches to the democratic supervision of the People＇s Political Consultative Conference from two aspects in order to improve its efficiency.
