序贯化运动干预在急性脑梗死偏瘫病人中的应用

Application of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia

[目的]观察序贯化运动干预在急性脑梗死偏瘫病人中的应用效果。[方法]将160例神经内科住院的急性脑梗死病人分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组给予神经内科常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予序贯化运动干预,比较两组病人的肌力恢复情况及康复训练的依从性。[结果]观察组干预后的肌力恢复比对照组更明显(P<0.05);观察组病人康复训练的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]序贯化运动干预在急性脑梗死偏瘫病人中的应用效果显著,能明显提高病人的肌力,提高病人康复训练的依从性。

Objective：To observe the application effect of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral in-farction patients complicated with hemiplegia.Methods：A total of 160 cases of inpatients with acute cerebral in-farction in department of neurology were divided into two groups：control group and observation group,80 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care in department of neurology.The patients in observation group received the sequential exercise intervention besides the routine nursing,and then to compare the compliance of muscle strength recovery and rehabilitation training of two groups.Results：Recovery of muscle strength in observation group was much significant than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The compliance of re-habilitation training in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：The application effect of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia was significant.The sequential exercise intervention can significantly improve complionce of re-babihtation training.
