协同护理模式对脊髓损伤病人早期康复训练效果与生活质量的影响

Influence of collaborative care model on early rehabilitation training effect and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury

[目的]观察将协同护理模式应用于脊髓损伤病人康复训练中的效果。[方法]将84例脊髓损伤的病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组实施常规护理,出院后不定期随访,观察组在常规护理基础上采用协同护理模式,包括个体化健康指导、康复训练和随访干预,出院后按计划随访干预6个月,比较两组病人干预前后康复评分、生活质量评分和并发症情况。[结果]干预后观察组病人康复评分、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,观察组病人并发症发生率明显低于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]协同护理模式可以提高脊髓损伤病人康复期的独立生活能力,减少并发症的发生,提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of collaborative care model applied in rehabilitation training for pa-tients with spinal cord injury（SCI）.Methods：A total of 84 patients with SCI were randomly divided into experi-mental group and the control group,42 cases in each.The patients in control group received conventional care and unscheduled follow up after discharge.The patients in experimental group received collaborative care mod-el including individualized knowledge instruction,rehabilitation training and follow up intervention besides routine nursing.After discharge,the followed up was carried out for 6 months based on plan,and then to com-pare the rehabilitation score,quality of life score and complications between both groups before and after the in-tervention.Results：The rehabilitation score and quality of life score in observation group were significantly bet-ter than those in control group,the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Collaborative care model could enhance the independent life ability,reduce the incidence of complications,and then to improve the quality of life of SCI patients.
