摘要
[目的]观察集束化护理策略在腔隙性脑梗死病人肢体功能康复中的应用效果。[方法]将110例腔隙性脑梗死伴肢体功能障碍的病人按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各55例,对照组病人实施常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理策略,对两组病人的日常生活活动能力评分、生存质量评分及满意度进行比较。[结果]观察组病人日常生活活动能力评分、生存质量评分及满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]集束化护理策略能有效促进腔隙性脑梗死病人的肢体功能康复,提高病人的自理能力和生存质量,提高病人的满意度。
Objective：To observe the application effect of cluster nursing strategies for limb function rehabilita-tion of patients with lacunar infarction.Methods：A total of 110 patients with lacunar infarction complicated with limb dysfunction were randomly divided into observation group and control group based on random number ta-ble,5 5 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine care.The patients in observation group received cluster nursing strategy besides the routine care.The scores of daily living activities,quality of life and satisfac-tion were compared between both groups.Results：The of daily living activities score,quality of life score and sat-isfaction score of the patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Cluster nursing strategy could effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function in patients with lacunar infarction,improve the self care ability,quality of life and satisfaction of the patients.
