摘要 [目的]了解护理本科生(简称护生)参与预实习后对其在校学习和临床认识等方面的认识。[方法]采用质性研究中半结构式个案研究的方法对18名参加过预实习的护生进行访谈,将收集的资料进行整理、分析和归纳。[结果]通过类属分析法,提炼总结出预实习对其学习影响中3个主要的观点:理论与实践学习、自我学习认知和临床专业认知。[结论]护生通过预实习,可巩固并强化其在校理论与实践操作,促进其自我学习认知的转变,提高其学习的兴趣;另一方面也使护生体会到临床的人文关怀和沟通能力的重要性,有利于护生掌握专业知识,提升自我专业意识。 Objective:To know about the cognition of nursing undergraduates on the aspects of learning and clini-cal knowledge after participating in pre internship.Methods:A total of 1 8 nursing undergraduates who had par-ticipated in pre internship were interviewed by using semi structured case studies in qualitative research.Then the collected data were sorted out,analyzed and summarized.Results:By generic analysis,it refined and summa-rized three main ideas in the influence of pre internship on their learning:theory and practice learning,self learning cognition and clinical professional cognition.Conclusion:The pre internship could consolidate and strengthen the theory and practical knowledge of nursing students in school,promote their changes of self learning cognition and improve their interest in learning.The pre internship also appreciated the importance of clinical humane care and communication capabilities,helped students master the professional knowledge and im-prove self professional awareness.
