摘要
通过对27SiMn钢淬透性的研究分析,得出27SiMn钢淬透性随温度的变化规律;27SiMn钢淬火后的淬透性指数随温度的增加成明显的增大趋势,在890℃最低,在950℃最高,其值在6.13mm-9.04mm之间变化,马氏体含量均大于50%。通过此次研究,从而为实际生产奠定理论基础。
This experiment of 27SiMn steel hardenability research showed its change rules with different temperature. Namely, after quenched, 27SiMn steel hardenability rose reached the lowest at 890℃ and the highest at 950 ℃, changing obviously with the increase of temperature and between 6.13mm- 9.04mm,and the martensite was more than 50%. This experiment will lay a theoretical foundation for practical production
