乳腺癌手术患者护理服务需求的质性研究

Qualitative study on the needs of nursing service for patients with breast cancer surgery

目的:了解乳腺癌手术患者的需求,深入分析改善乳腺癌手术患者护理服务的方法。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对16例乳腺癌患者进行半结构式、面对面深度访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料。结果:通过阅读、分析、反思、分类、提炼总结出四大主题,包括对手术安全规范治疗和护理的需求、对手术信息知识的需求、对心理情感支持的需求、对出院后延续性护理服务的需求。结论:医护人员结合乳腺手术患者的特殊需求,提供相应的护理,进一步促进优质护理服务的顺利开展,从而为患者提供优质的护理服务。

Objective： To investigate the needs of nursing service for patients with breast cancer surgery in order to improve the nursing methods. Methods： The phenomenological research method of qualitative study was used to conduct the semi- structured interview with 16 patients with breast cancer. Results： The 4 major themes were summed up through reading,analysis,reflection,classification and abstraction,including the demand for surgical safety,standard treatment and nursing care,the demand for operation information and knowledge,the demand for psychological and emotional support and the demand for the continued nursing services after discharge. Conclusion： Providing appropriate nursing care according to the special needs of patients with breast surgery by medical staff can promote the smooth development of high quality nursing service.
