基于ICU管道管理目标驱动的平台高举式固定法应用实践

Application of the skin- isolated catheter fixation method based on goal- driven catheter management in ICU

目的：探讨基于ICU管道管理目标驱动的平台高举式固定法的应用实践效果。方法：将2014年7~12月应用平台高举式固定法前的60例留置管道患者作为对照组,将2015年1~6月应用后的60例留置管道患者作为实验组,比较两组管道固定效果、管道压疮总发生率及舒适度评分。结果：实验组累计固定次数、胶布更换耗时、管道脱出率、管道压疮总发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,而胶布更换间隔时间、舒适度评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对ICU管道留置患者施以基于ICU管道管理目标驱动的平台高举式固定法干预,可提高管道固定效果,降低管道压疮发生率,提高患者舒适度。

Objective： To explore the effect of applying the skin- isolated catheter fixation method based on goal- driven catheter management in ICU. Methods： 60 patients with indwelling catheter（ from Jul. to Dec. 2014） were taken as the control group and other 60 patients after application of the skin- isolated catheter fixation method（ from Jan. to Jun. 2015） were taken as the experimental group,the effect of catheter fixation,incidence of pressure sore and the score of comfort were compared between the two groups. Results： The number of cumulative fixation times,time- consumption of changing adhesive plaster,fall- off of catheter and incidence of pressure sore were significantly less and lower in the experimental group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the time- consumption of changing adhesive plaster and the score of comfort was significantly less and higher in the experimental group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The skin- isolated catheter fixation method based on goal- driven catheter management in ICU can improve the effect of catheter fixation and reduce the incidence of pressure sore so as to improve the patient＇s comfort.
