摘要
试验研究了自拟复方中草药"加味玉屏风散"对仔猪生长性能、免疫功能的影响。选用120头体重约7 kg的仔猪,随机分为4组,对照组日粮中不加任何药物,试验1、2、3组日粮中分别添加"加味玉屏风散"0.4%、0.8%和1.2%,进行42 d的试验研究。结果表明,试验组和对照组相比,每头仔猪平均增重有较大的提高、血清中免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M的含量与对照组比较均有显著增加(P<0.05),且0.8%的添加组效果优于0.4%、1.2%添加组。
To study the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the production performance and Immune function of piglets, one hundred and twenty piglets with about 7 kg body weight were randomly divided into 4groups, control group, 0.4% Chinese herb group, 0.8% Chinese herb groupd and 1.2% Chinese herb group, and experiment lasted 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average gain in the Chinese herb group were much higher（P〈0.05）. 0.8%Chinese herb added to basic diet could observably promote growth and improve immunity of piglets than other experimental groups.
