摘要
对山东省日照市莒县一个市级规模化养殖场进行调查,确定养殖场养殖环境、温度、湿度、空气质量及污水处理情况,结果表明,牛舍的基本建筑为南北走向,奶牛场牛舍建筑结构为棚舍,棚顶的建筑材料为石棉瓦;安装风扇牛舍内的温、湿度与舍外环境基本一致,与未安装风扇牛舍的温湿度相比较无显著差异(P>0.05);安装风扇并不能显著降低舍内的空气湿度(P>0.05);牛场的氨气浓度未超标;牛场污水的BOD5含量较高为2 533.3 mg·L^(-1)。封闭式牛舍应当注意防暑,同时增加通风以提高空气质量。牛舍朝向宜为南、或南偏东5~15°,且鱼塘能够显著降低牛场污水的BOD5含量。
The report investigated a municipal large-scale farms, to determined the cow farms environment,temperature, humidity, air quality and waste water treatment situations. The results showed that the basic construction of the barn was faced north to south and the cow farms building was structured by barns with asbestos. There was no difference in temperature and humidity even with no fan(P〈0.05), it was the same inside and outside the house(P〈0.05). Ammonia concentration did not exceed the national standard. The content of polluted water BOD5 was 2 533.3 mg · L^-1in the cow farms. Enclosed barn should attention to heatstroke, at the same time, increased ventilation in order to improved the quality of the air. The most suitable barn facing south, east or south 5~15 degrees in our county. Fish ponds could significantly reduce the content of cattle farm sewage's BOD5.
