摘要
为了更好地跟踪光伏阵列的最大功率点,分析单个光伏电池的物理特性,从物理结构到特性曲线,深入认识光伏电池。对光伏电池的数学模型进行抽象,建立了适合于工程应用的光伏电池数学模型,并用Matlab进行仿真。
In order to better track the maximum power point of a PV array to analyze the physical properties of the individual photovoltaic cells, from the physical structure of the characteristic curve, in-depth understanding of photovoltaic cells. Mathematical model of photovoltaic cells to abstract mathematical model for the establishment of a photovoltaic cell is suitable for engineering applications, with Matlab simulation.
