摘要
为进一步探索和完善当前仓储管理机制,针对当前煤炭企业仓储管理工作中的不足,提出行之有效的管控对策,更好地优化煤炭企业的仓储管理活动,为煤炭企业的生产活动提供更加坚实、全面的保障支持。
In order to further explore and improve the mechanism of the current warehouse management,aimed at the deficiency of the current coal enterprise warehouse management work, this paper puts forward countermeasures for effective control, and better optimization of coal enterprise warehouse management activities and for coal enterprise production activities to provide a more solid and comprehensive security support.
