基于SBAR沟通模型自制内科护理交接班指引单的临床应用效果

Effect of clinical application of homemade medical care shift-change guidance sheet based on SBAR communication model

[目的]探讨基于SBAR沟通模型自制护理交接班指引单在内科护士交接班中的应用效果。[方法]基于SBAR沟通模型自制内科护理交接班指引单,研究组采用该指引单进行交接班和沟通,对照组采用传统常规交接班方法,比较两交接班效率、护理问题发生率和病人、交接班双方护理人员对交接班的满意度。[结果]研究组交接班耗时(9.87±1.83)min,低于对照组的(11.45±2.26)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理问题发生例数少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病人及交接班双方护理人员的满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用基于SBAR沟通模型自制内科护理交接班指引单进行护理交接班,提高了交接班效率,减少了护理交接班问题发生率,提高了病人满意度和护士团队协作效果。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of homemade medical care shift guidelines sheet based on SBAR communication model.Methods：The homemade shift-change guidance sheet was used for shift change and communication in study group,the traditional shift-change method was used in control group,then to compare the shift-change efficiency,incidence of care issues and the satisfaction of both patients and shift nurses to shift change between study group and control group.Results：Time consuming in shift change in study group was（9.87±1.83）min,lower than that in control group（11.45±2.26）min,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;the number of cases of nursing problems was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;the satisfaction rate of patients and caregivers in both shift and succession was higher,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The homemade medical care shift-change guildance sheet based on SBAR communication model has improved the efficiency of shift change and reduced the incidence of issues of nursing shift change,and improved the satisfaction of patients and collaboration effect of nurse team.
