环节质量管理模式在肿瘤病人PICC置管中安全性的研究

Study on link quality management mode for improving safety of cancer patients after PICC

[目的]探讨环节质量管理对提高肿瘤病人PICC置管后安全性的效果。[方法]选择2014年7月—2015年7月在我科行静脉化疗留置PICC导管的肿瘤病人256例,按置管时间先后,将2014年7月—2015年1月置管的126例病人作为对照组,将2015年2月—2015年7月置管的130例病人作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用环节质量管理进行护理,比较两组病人PICC置管后并发症的发生情况。[结果]观察组PICC置管后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=30.7,P<0.05)。[结论]紧抓环节质量管理的护理方法,可以显著提高肿瘤病人PICC置管后的安全性。

Objective：To probe into the effect of link quality management for improving safety after PICC in patients with cancer.Methods：A total of 256 cancer patients with intravenous chemotherapy indwelling peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）were selected from July 2014 to July 2015 in our department.Based on catheterization time successively,126 patients receiving PICC from July 2014 to January 2015 were selected as control group,130 cases of PICC patients from February 2015 to July 2015 were selected as the observation group.Routine nursing care was used in control group,the link quality management was used in observation group,to compare the incidence of PICC complications between the two groups.Results：The incidence of complications after PICC observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（χ2=30.7,P0.05）.Conclusion：Clutching nursing method of link quality management could significantly improve the safety of patients with cancer after PICC.
