规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用

Application of standardization of health education in nursing in department of neurology

[目的]总结神经内科应用规范化健康教育的方法,并分析其应用效果。[方法]收集2013年1月—2015年12月我院神经内科病人62例为观察组,采用规范化健康教育护理;收集同期60例为对照组,采用常规护理方法。采用自行设计的调查表,调查并比较两组病人对神经内科疾病知识的掌握程度及对我科护理质量的满意度。[结果]观察组对疾病掌握程度和对护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在神经内科病人中开展规范化健康教育,可增长病人及家属对疾病的基本认识,密切和融洽护患关系。

Objective：To summarize the method of standardization of health education applied in department of neurology and analyze its application effect.Methods：A total of 62 patients in department of neurology in our hospital from January in 2013 to December in 2015 were collected as observation group,the patients received standardization of health education;other 60 cases of patients in department of neurology at the same period were selected as control group,and the routine nursing method was used.Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and compare the mastering of knowledge of the disease two groups of patients and their satisfaction to of quality of care in our department.Results：The mastery degree of disease and satisfactory of nurse in observation group were better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of standardization of health education for the patients in department of neurology could improve the patients＇ and their family members＇ basic knowledge of disease.It could make the nurse-patient relationship more close and harmonious.
