碳纤维复合材料FSS电磁传输损耗性能研究 被引量:1

Research on Electromagnetic Transmission Loss Properties of Carbon Fiber Composite FSS

摘要 设计并制备了碳纤维导电复合材料的FSS,对其在1~6.5GHz频率范围内的电磁传输特性进行了仿真,并利用ENA E5071C矢量网络分析仪验证了电磁传输特性。结果表明,碳纤维复合材料FSS具有很好的频率选择特性,电磁传输损耗实测值与仿真值基本一致,当周期间隔由60mm增加到63mm时,十字型碳纤维复合材料FSS的谐振频率从1.87GHz提高到2.17GHz;双层十字型碳纤维复合材料FSS的有效屏蔽带宽优于单层FSS,最大可增加0.58GHz;单层耶路撒冷十字型FSS有效屏蔽带宽约为2GHz,透波带宽约为0.8GHz。 The frequency selective surface(FSS)of carbon fiber conductive composite was designed and prepared,and the electromagnetic transmission characteristics of FSS from 1GHz to 6.5GHz were simulated and verified by the ENA E5071 C.The experimental results show that the carbon fiber composite FSS has obvious frequency selectivity.The measured value of electromagnetic transmission loss is similar to that of the simulation.When the periodic intervals is ranged from 60 mm to 63 mm,the resonant frequencies of crossshaped carbon fiber composite FSS increase from 1.87 GHz to2.17 GHz.The effective shield bandwidth of the double layer crossshaped carbon fiber composite FSS is superior to that of single layer FSS,and the maximum increase 0.58 GHz.The effective shield bandwidth of single layer Jerusalem crossshaped FSS is about 2GHz,and the wavetransparent bandwidth is about 0.8GHz.
