基于层次聚类桥架起重机整机载荷谱编制方法

Method of Compiling Whole Machine Load Spectrum of Bridge Crane Based on Clustering Algorithm

起重机载荷谱是起重机金属结构设计、使用、管理等环节进行疲劳分析和寿命预测的重要基础数据。针对现有载荷谱参数平均分类的不足,文中通过数据挖掘与分析,利用层次聚类的方法,采用最短距离法作为载荷以及载荷位移的聚类依据,提供一种基于聚类分析桥架类起重机整机载荷谱的编制方法。该方法为起重机疲劳寿命的评估提供依据。

Whole machine load spectrum of bridge crane is the basis of metal structure design,crane in service,management and other aspects of fatigue analysis and life prediction.In view of the deficiencies of load spectrum parameter classification,this paper will provide a method to compile the whole machine load spectrum based on clustering algorithm.According to the shortest distance between load and load displacement,this algorithm will form the spectrum of the crane,which will provide the foundation for the evaluation of remaining fatigue life.
