摘要
从师资来源、性别、专业、学历、职称评定与晋升机会等方面调查西藏学前教育师资现状,结果显示:幼儿教师主要都是通过公招考试或公益性岗位和小学转岗的渠道而来的。现有师资中教师年龄结构以青年为主,学历以大专为主,但是存在着性别结构失调,专业对口率低及职称评定及晋升机会较少等方面的问题。所以,要通过优化幼儿教师的性别结构,促进幼儿教师专业结构的均衡,提高整体专业素质和完善职称晋升制度等手段来促进西藏幼儿教师的整体发展。
This paper assesses the sources of teachers, gender, profession, education, job title and promotion opportunities and other aspects of the present situation of preschool teachers in Tibet. The results show that kindergarten teachers are mainly enrolled through the public entrance examination or reorientation of public service positions and primary schools. Most Teachers are young, with college-based education background, but there is a structural imbalance of gender, and the rate to reach the asked standard academic degree is quite low and there is fewer opportunities for promotion and job classification and other issues. Therefore, we should improve the overall professionalism and job promotion system to promote the overall development of preschool teachers in Tibet by optimizing the kindergarten teachers' gender structure and professional structure.
