^(125)I粒子联合手术治疗口腔颌面部腺样囊性癌的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的对手术联合I^(125)粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部腺样囊性癌的效果进行探讨。方法选取本院口腔颌面外科2006年1月—2014年7月230例腺样囊性癌患者,其中单纯^(125)I粒子植入治疗17例,手术联合^(125)I粒子植入腺样囊性癌瘤床内治疗213例,通过患者的临床症状及影像学检查来评价治疗效果并对术后发生的并发症进行分析。结果本组230例患者随访观察6~70个月,粒子植入平均37.24粒/例,近期有效率+无进展生存率为95.2%(219/230)。无严重并发症。结论 ^(125)I粒子联合手术治疗口腔颌面部腺样囊性癌安全有效。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of (125)I seed implantation or combination of ^(125)I seed implantation and operation in treatment of patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC). Methods From January 2006 to July 2014, a total of 230 patients with ACC in our hospital were selected. Of the 230 patients, 17 cases had undergone brachytherapy by implantation of iodine 125(^(125)I) seeds without resection, and 213 patients were implanted (125)I seeds after resection. The efficacy and postoperative complications of patients with ACC were evaluated by clinical manifestation and imaging examination. Results All patients were followed up for 12-70 months and the median number of seeds implanted in one patient was 37.24. The clinical response rate(CR+PR) plus progression-free survival rate was 95.2%(219/230). No severe side effects were observed. Conclusion Brachytherapy of iodine 125 seed implantation combined with operation for patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma is quite an effective and safe treatment with minimal invasiveness.
