摘要
分析了宣钢综合实验室设备运行成本情况,发现设备备件采购、设备安装、后勤运行3部分是费用支出大项,而后勤运行和设备安装前期投入大,后期投入小,因此设备备件采购才是影响设备低成本运行的主要原因。针对现有备件采购存在成本高、周期长、厂家备件价格高等不足,提出了应改变备件采购模式,进行比价和网购,降低设备运行成本。
It is analyzed the cost of equipments operation in comprehensive laboratory of Xuan Steel,discoveredequipment spare parts purchase,equipment install and logistics operation are the main large cost items,and the latter two have large prior- period investment but small late one,so the first item is the main factor to affect equipment operation cost. Against the problems in equipment spare parts purchase： high cost,long period and high market price, it proposed the spare purchase model must be changed,price- comparison and online shopping should be adopted.
