Quality teaching Concept in University Teaching:Value and Implementation

教学理念的转变是大学教学改革的必要前提。优质教学理念从全新的角度分析教学现象,阐释教学理论,是一种促进教学优质、促进学生学习和表现的新理念。推进我国大学优质教学应从四个方面进行努力:一是完善大学教学管理制度,创新大学教学管理方式;二是提升大学教师教学能力,打造一流的教师队伍;三是优化教学内容,体现教育内容的基础性、实践性和前沿性;四是深化教学方法改革,注重教学方法的引进和创新。

Transform of teaching philosophy is a necessary prerequisite for the reform of university teaching. ＂Quality teaching＂philosophy can promote quality of teaching and student learning performance from a new perspective to comprehend teaching phenomenon and explain the theory of teaching. Chinese universities should promoting quality teaching in Chinese universities should try hard to follow the four aspects： 1. to improve the management system of university teaching and innovate university teaching management; 2. to enhance the university teachers＇ teaching ability and build the first- class teachers＇ staff; 3. to optimize the teaching content and embody the basic and practical content of education and advanced teaching concepts; 4. to further reform teaching methods and introduce and innovate teaching methods.
