Experience and Enlightenment of the High-quality Employment of Foreign College Graduates

基于对欧美国家和亚洲国家促进高校毕业生高质量就业的实践、经验分析,发现国外促进高校毕业生高质量就业的经验有量身定做就业辅导计划、政府政策支持、中介组织发挥推动作用、实行毕业生就业反馈制度等,充分考虑我国国情,结合当前我国高校毕业生就业形势情况,借鉴国外经验,提出对我国促进高校毕业生高质量就业的启示。

Based on the analysis of the European and American countries and Asian countries（ regions） ＇practice and experience ofthe high- quality employment of college graduates,found that the experience of the high- quality employment of foreign college graduates includes tailored employment guidance programs,government policy supports,intermediary organizations play a role in promoting,graduates employmentfeedback system and so on. Fully considered China＇s national condition,combined with the current situation of ourcollege graduates＇ employment environment,learning from foreign country＇s experience,propose the enlightenment of the high- quality employment of college graduates in China.
