摘要
学前教育专业本科毕业生虽然养成一定的教育理论素养,但因专业实践能力不高、职业素质缺乏导致其在幼教市场就业竞争力不强。反思影响其就业竞争力的因素主要有四个方面,即:本科学前教育培养目标同质化、缺乏层次定位使得学生就业面狭窄、缺乏核心竞争力;课程设置的不合理,成熟的实践教学体系缺乏使得学生专业实践技能低下;本科学前教育专业师资力量薄弱、配套设施不足使得学生专业知识和专业能力无法有效提升;本科学前教育招生方式单一使得学生专业承诺不高、专业理念不科学。基于此,文章提出有针对性的四条对策来提升学生的就业竞争力。
Although preschool education graduates have developed educational theoretical attainment,their low ability to professional practice and lack of professional quality result in weak competitiveness in preschool education market. The main factors influencing the competitiveness of their employment have four aspects: 1. target homogeneity of undergraduate preschool education training,lack of level orientation as a result of narrow scope of employment for students and lack of core competitiveness; 2. unreasonable curriculum setting and lack of mature practice teaching system resulting in low practical and professional skills for the students; 3. no obvious improvement of students' professional knowledge and professional ability due to weak teachers and inadequate facilities; 4. single enrollment method leading to students' low commitment to profession and no enough scientific and professional concept. Based on these factors,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to enhance the students' employment competitiveness.
