Task- based Language Teaching aims at enhancing students＇ general English ability in limited class time,pointing out the direction of ESP teaching reform. The paper analyzes the condition of ESP teaching and the concept of TBLT. The author explains the process of TBLT in the application of ESP teaching,including first stage task,middle stage task,and last stage task.
