摘要 燃气管道定向钻穿越施工工艺对管道防腐层的抗磨损、抗划伤等性能和保护层提出了严格的要求。结合工程经验,介绍3PE防腐层、双层熔结环氧粉末(FBE)防腐层、环氧玻璃钢保护层、光固化保护套、帕罗特涂层的性能特点、应用情况、适用地质条件,对造价进行对比分析。 The construction process for directional drilling crossing gas pipeline imposes stricter requirements on pipeline anticorrosive layer performance such as anti-wear and scratch resistance as well as the protective layer. Combined with the engineering experience, the performance characteristics of 3PE anticorrosive coating, double fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating, epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic protective layer, light curing protective sleeve and Powercrete coating, their applications and suitable geological conditions are introduced, and the comparative analysis of their costs is performed.
