介绍所研发的毕托管式放散流量监测仪的工作原理、结构及性能测试实验平台,阐述测试毕托管式放散流量监测仪性能的实验步骤,分析实验数据。毕托管式放散流量监测仪在满足±10%的计量相对误差时,计量的有效量程为4.6~190.3 m^3/h。
The working principle, structure and test platform of a self-developed Pitot tube monitoring device for gas vent flow are introduced. The experimental steps for testing the performance of Pitot tube monitoring device for gas vent flow are expounded, and the experimental data are analyzed. The effective measurement range of Pitot tube monitoring device for gas vent flow is 4.56 to 190.3 m^3/h while the relative measurement error is ±10%.
