研发的大型移动式LNG应急气化橇由电气系统、气化器系统、燃烧器系统、工艺管道系统组成,投运前需进行各系统单体调试和应急气化橇整体调试。阐述单体调试和整体调试的方法、结果、整改措施,介绍实际应用案例。

The developed large mobile LNG emergency gasification skid is composed of electrical system, vaporizer system, burner system and process piping system. The single debugging of each system and whole debugging of emergency gasification skid are performed before it is put into operation. The methods, results, con＇ective actions of the single dehugging and the whole debugging are described, and a practical application case is introduced.
