多胺及其合成抑制剂对旱胁迫下李幼苗叶片渗透调节物质含量和光合作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以"秋姬"李盆栽幼苗为试材,设置6个处理(CK、干旱(Dr.)、CK+亚精胺(Spd)、Dr.+Spd、Dr.+甲基乙二醛双脒基腙(MGBG)、Dr.+MGBG+Spd),重复3次,随机区组排列,通过喷布1mmol·L^(-1) Spd和1mmol·L^(-1) MGBG,研究了多胺及其合成抑制剂对旱胁迫下李幼苗叶片渗透调节物质含量和光合作用的影响。结果表明:旱胁迫下叶绿素总含量降低,多胺及其合成抑制剂可调节其叶绿素总含量。丙二醛(MDA)含量Dr.+Spd处理最高,Dr.+MGBG处理降低,Dr.+MGBG+Spd处理相对提高;可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量也是如此;4个光合指标(净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr))旱胁迫下均下降,经Dr.+Spd处理均提高,经Dr.+MGBG处理均下降,经Dr.+MGBG+Spd处理相对提高;其中,Gs经CK+Spd处理最大,与CK相比,Pn经CK+Spd处理下降较小,Ci、Tr经CK+Spd处理下降较大;多胺及其合成抑制剂可调节旱胁迫下李幼苗叶片叶绿素总含量、MDA含量、2种渗透调节物质(可溶性糖和游离Pro)含量和4个光合指标(Pn、Gs、Ci和Tr)的升降;在干旱条件下喷布Spd,有利于李树正常的生长发育。 With ‘Qiuji'Prunus L.potted seedlings as test materials,set up six processing(CK,Drough:Dr.,CK+spermidine:Spd,Dr.+Spd,Dr.+mitoguazone:MGBG and Dr.+MGBG+Spd),repeated 3times,randomized block arrangement,by spraying 1 mmol·L^(-1) Spd and 1 mmol·L^(-1) MGBG,polyamine and their synthesis inhibitor was studied to Prunus L.seedlings drought osmoregulation substance content,and the influence of photosynthesis.The results showed that polyamine and its composite inhibitors were helpful to increase total chlorophyll content of PrunusL.seedlings.MDA content was the highest under Dr.+Spd processing,Dr.+ MGBG processing was reduced,Dr.+MGBG+Spd processing was relatively increased.Soluble sugar and free Pro content were also in this way.4photosynthetic indexes(Pn,Gs,Ci,and the Tr)were decreased by Dr.treatment,and were improved by Dr.+Spd processing;by Dr.+MGBG processing 4photosynthetic indexes was decreased,by Dr.+MGBG+Spd processing was relatively improved.Among them,the Gs obtained maxium with CK+Spd processing;compared with CK,Pn declined smally under CK+Spd processing;Ci,Tr declined much more by CK+Spd processing.Polyamine and its composite inhibitors could adjust total rise and fall of chlorophyll content,MDA content,2kinds of osmotic regulation substances and 4photosynthetic indexes in Prunus L..Spraying Spd under drought stress was in favour of normal growth of Prunus L..
