城乡发展转型期乡村复兴的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Rural Renaissance Under the Background of Transformation of Urban and Rural Development

在城乡发展转型背景下,我国乡村正走向衰退和凋敝。通过对乡村特质的重新审视,提出乡村复兴的发展思路。以河南信阳郝堂村为例,分析其村庄建设的发展策略,包括以内置金融为先导、激发村庄集体凝聚力,以物质空间为载体、改变村庄整体面貌,以文化重建为契机、修复乡村传统文化,以外来因素为引导、实现三方合作等,认为乡村的复兴应该是以农民为主体、多方联合进行村庄物质改造、文化修复、秩序重构的系统性改造过程。

The rural in our country is heading for recession and depression under the background of transformation of urban and rural development. The paper put forward some ideas of the development of the rural renaissance through review of rural characteristics. It analyses the development strategy of Hao Tang village in XinYang,including the built- in financial as the forerunner to stimulate the village collective cohesion,changing the whole village with material space as the carrier,repairing the country traditional culture with cultural reconstruction as an opportunity,realizing multi- cooperation with external factors guidance,etc. The rural renaissance should be a systemic transformation process including material modification,cultural restoration,order reconstruction based on the main body status of farmers and multi- cooperation.
