中国众筹融资:现状、热点与前瞻——基于文献研究

Chinese Crowdfunding: Status,Hotspots and Prospects

众筹融资在中国起步较晚但发展迅猛,近年来备受各界关注,国内学者对众筹融资的研究也取得丰硕成果,但目前还没有相关文献综述。文章从众筹融资的内涵、发展现状、学者关于众筹融资的研究内容和研究方法等方面对国内相关文献进行梳理和综述,总结目前国内学术界关于众筹融资的研究现状,发现新的研究切入点,希望对以后研究提供借鉴和参考。

Although the chinese crowdfunding startes late,it develops rapidly,and has aroused widespread concern in recent years. Domestic scholars on the crowdfunding research also achieved fruitful results,but there is no relevant literature review. The paper teases and reviews the connotation and development status of crowdfunding and the scholars＇ research contents and methods in crowdfunding. Through literature review,it summarizes the current research status about crowdfunding among the domestic scholars,and finds the new research perspectives,hoping to provide reference for later researchers.
