城镇居民财产性收入不平等的实证分析——以安徽省为例

Empirical Analysis of Urban Property Income

文章引用2004~2014年《安徽省统计年鉴》中的数据,运用广义熵指数中的第二泰尔指数和基尼系数及其分解方法,研究了安徽省城镇居民财产性收入的状况、财产性收入对居民收入差距的影响以及财产性收入的组成和内部不平等。研究发现：在大部分年份安徽省城镇居民的财产性收入差距很大,且其基尼系数在不断增加,即财产性收入在城镇居民收入差距上起到了扩大收入差距的作用,但2012~2014年又起到了缩小收入差距的作用;而导致城镇居民财产性收入不平等的三大主要影响因素分别是,出租房屋收入、股息与红利收入和利息收入的不平等。

In this paper,we used the data from 2004 to 2014 from Anhui statistical yearbook,By using the second Thayer index and Gini coefficient and its decomposition method. we have studied the situation of property income about the urban residents of Anhui Province. The paper have founded that： there is a big gap between the urban residents property of Anhui Province. and the residents ＇property income expand the income inequality. Also,the inequality of Rental income,Dividend and dividend income and Interest income are the main factor of urban residents＇ property income inequality.
