特勤疗养对高原官兵睡眠质量影响的研究

Influence of special service recuperation on sleep quality of plateau officers and men

目的研究特勤疗养对高原官兵睡眠质量的影响。方法将刚下高原赴临潼疗养院的26名高原官兵分为疗养+高压氧疗组、物理治疗组和常规疗养组,不同海拔(4 000 m和5 000 m)、守防时间(6个月和12个月)、不同疗养时间(1 d、15 d和30 d)进行分组,利用综合疗养措施,在疗养30 d、15 d、入院1 d时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)收集睡眠情况并分析。结果特勤疗养30 d在因子2、因子3、因子4、因子5和总分较疗养15 d、入院有明显降低,其中高压氧疗法配合疗养因子在因子2、因子3及总分得分上疗养30 d较15 d、入院1 d有明显降低。海拔4 000 m官兵在疗养30 d时,其因子2、因子3、因子5及总分上较5 000 m官兵得分明显减少(P<0.05),守防6个月官兵在疗养30 d时较12个月官兵得分明显减少(P<0.05),特勤疗养30 d较未疗养组在因子1、因子2、因子3、因子5、因子7和总分上得分明显减少(P<0.05)。结论充分利用疗养地特色优势,对高海拔、守防时间长的官兵科学安排疗养期限,采用高压氧等综合疗养措施,改善高原官兵的睡眠质量,对保障和提高高原部队战斗力服务。

Objective To study the influence of special service recuperation on sleep quality of plateau officers and men.Methods 26 plateau officers and men just coming down from plateau to Lintong sanatorium were divided into recuperation ＋hyperbaric oxygen therapy group, physical therapy group and routine recuperation group, according to different altitudes（4 000 m and 5 000 m）,defense time（6 months and 12 months）,and different recuperation time（1 day,15 days and 30 days）.Comprehensive recuperation was adopted and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） was adopted to collect and analyze the sleep status after 30 days and 15 days of recuperation as well as on the 1st day of admission.Results Factor 2, factor 3, factor 4, factor 5 and the total score of special service recuperation for 30 days clearly reduced compared with those for 15 days and on the 1st day of admission, among which factor 2, factor 3 and the total score in hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with convalescent factors for 30 days clearly reduced compared to those for 15 days and on the 1st day of admission.Factor 2, factor 3, factor 5 and the total score of plateau officers and men from the altitude of 4 000 m for 30 days clearly reduced compared with those from the altitude of 5 000 m（P〈0.05）.The scores of the officers and soldiers with 6 months of defense time obviously reduced after 30 days compared with those with 12 months of defense time（ P 0.05）.Factor 1, factor 2, factor 3, factor 5, factor 7 and the total score of special service recuperation for 30 days clearly reduced compared with those for without recuperation（ P 0.05）.Conclusion Making full use of the special advantages the sanatorium, arranging scientific recuperation time for the officers and soldiers in high altitude with long defense time, and adopting hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive recuperation can improve the sleep quality of plateau officers and men, thus guarantee and enhance the combat effectiveness of the armed forces.
