特勤疗养对高原官兵血细胞影响的研究

Influence of special service recuperation on blood cell of plateau officers and men

目的研究特勤疗养对于高原官兵血液细胞调节的影响。方法将刚下4 000 m以上高原赴临潼疗养院的26名官兵分为疗养+高压氧疗组、物理治疗组和常规疗养组,分别在疗养人员入院1 d、疗养15 d和疗养30 d采血进行血细胞检测及统计学分析,观测指标的前后变化。结果特勤疗养后血红蛋白值、RBC压积、中性细胞比率在疗养30 d较入院1 d、疗养15 d有显著降低(P<0.05),淋巴细胞数明显升高(P<0.001)。疗养+高压氧疗组中红细胞、RBC压积、血红蛋白值、平均血红蛋白浓度、中性细胞比率在疗养30 d较入院1 d、疗养15 d有显著降低(P<0.05),尤其海拔5 000 m、守防12个月以上官兵红细胞、血红蛋白、RBC压积、平均血红蛋白量、中性细胞比率疗养30 d较15 d、入院1 d明显降低(P<0.05)。结论特勤疗养对高原官兵血液细胞的调节有很好的作用,尤其配合高压氧疗法效果显著,今后应定期组织高海拔守防时间长的高原官兵的定期疗养,提高官兵到平原后的健康水平。

Objective To study of the influence of special service recuperation on blood cell of plateau officers and men.Methods 26 plateau officers and men just coming down from plateau over 4 000 m to Lintong sanatorium were divided into recuperation＋hyperbaric oxygen therapy group, physical therapy group and routine recuperation group,blood cell measurement and statistical analysis were conducted to observe the changes on the 1st day of admission, after 15 days and 30 days of recuperation. Results Hemoglobin, RBC hematocrit, and neutral cell ratio after 30 days of special service recuperation decreased significantly compared with those on the 1st day of admission and after 15 days of special service recuperation（ P〈0.05）, while lymphocyte count increased significantly（ P〈0.001）.Red blood cells,RBC hematocrit, hemoglobin value, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, and neutral cell ratio after 30 days of special service recuperation in the recuperation＋hyperbaric oxygen therapy group decreased significantly compared with those on the 1st day of admission and after 15 days of special service recuperation（ P〈0.05）, especially among the plateau officers and men from an altitude of above 5 000 m with over 12 months of defense time, whose hemoglobin value, RBC hematocrit, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, and neutral cell ratio after 30 days of special service recuperation decreased significantly compared with those on the 1st day of admission and after 15 days of special service recuperation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Special service recuperation has good function in the regulation of blood cells of plateau officers and men, especially with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, so regular recuperation in the future for the plateau officers and men from high altitude with long defense time should be organized in order to increase their health level on the plain.
