摘要
潮汕粿品是潮汕地区饮食的重要组成部分,在历史的传承中形成了寓医于食、应用广泛、"时粿防时病"的因时养生等特点,具有鲜明的食疗养生特色。就潮汕地区春季粿品的特点进行探析,以期使潮汕地区粿品食疗养生作用得到进一步推广。
Kuih plays an important role in Chaoshan diet.It has been widely used for the preventing and treating of diseases in the long history.Seasonal diet made with Kuih can treat seasonal diseases.This paper studies the diet therapy and health preservation properties of Kuih in Chaoshan area,aiming to promote the culture of Kuih.
