意象对话疗法在强制隔离戒毒人员中的应用

The Application of the Imagery Communication Psychotherapy in Compulsory Quarantine of Drug Addicts

为探讨戒毒人员的心理健康状况以及意象对话疗法对戒毒人员的帮助作用,选取福建省某戒毒所的72名戒毒人员随机分入实验组和对照组,对实验组采用意象对话疗法,用抑郁量表、神经质分量表、应对方式量表对戒毒人员进行干预效果评价。研究结果表明,戒毒人员的抑郁检出率为33.3%,神经质人格、积极应对是抑郁的有效预测变量;与对照组相比,实验组的抑郁、积极应对指标有显著的改善,意象对话疗法可以有效地缓解戒毒人员的抑郁症状,有利于培养戒毒人员形成积极乐观的心态。

To discuss the drug addicts＇ mental health condition and effects of Imagery Communication Psychotherapy on them,72 drug users in a drug rehabilitation center of Fujian Province were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Imagery Communication Psychotherapy was implemented on the experimental group,depression rating scale（HAMD）,inventory-neuroticism scale and coping style rating scales were given to the drug users for evaluating the effects of the intervention.The results showed that the incidence of depression was 33.3%for the patients,and neuroticism and postive measures were valid predicative variables to depression.Contrasted with control group,the depression and postive measures of the experimental group had been significantly improved.Imagery Communication Psychotherapy could effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms for drug addicts and was benefit for cultivating them to form a positive and optimistic attitude.
