3D Digital Power Network Construction Based on Laser Scanning Technology

摘要 通过采用三维激光扫描技术获取天津市电力公司的500kV输电线路和变电站的空间三维数据,进行三维数字电网建模研究,构建三维仿真模型,并开发三维数字电网平台。该平台具有真实场景再现、万向漫游、设备交互操作和信息查询等功能,能生动地再现变电站内部设备的布置情况、输电线路走向、铁塔结构、地形地势起伏的真实场景,形象直观,身临其境。通过三维场景漫游和交互式仿真操作,足不出户便知悉电网设备的台帐信息、分布和连接状况,利于工作人员更好地完成电力设备管理、设备巡视、生产培训、安全教学等工作任务。 The 3Dspatial data of power transmission lines for500 kV and transformer substation of Tianjin Electric Power Company were obtained by 3Dlaser scanning technology.In this paper the 3Ddigital network modeling was investigated,3Dsimulation model was constructed and 3Ddigital network platform was developed.The functions of scene reconstruction,universal roaming,interactive operation of the equipment and information services were presented in the 3Ddigital network platform,which could reappear the equipment arrangement in the transformer substations,transmission lines route,tower structures and topography in reality scene.By3 Dscene roaming and interactive simulation operation,the account information,distribution and connection of the network machines were immediately known in home.The results indicate that the 3Dnetwork management platform can play an important role in power equipment management,equipment patrolling,production training and safety education.
