N末端脑钠肽前体及左房容积对房颤射频消融术后复发的预测分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)及左房容积(LAV)是否可以作为房颤导管射频消融术后复发的预测因子。方法2012年10月至2014年10月连续入院行导管射频消融术治疗房颤的患者108例,根据术后随访结果将患者分为复发组(48例)及非复发组(60例)。分析两组间NT-Pro BNP及LAV的差异。结果两组间的性别、年龄、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等常见疾病、房颤类型及左室射血分数均未见明显差异性(P>0.05);NT-pro BNP和LAV在复发组明显高于非复发组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果提示LAV及NT-pro BNP均可为房颤术后复发的独立影响因子。结论 NT-pro BNP和LAV可以作为房颤射频消融术后复发的独立预测因子。
