摘要
文章通过对少儿用户开展问卷抽样调查,在各种调查结果的基础上进行需求分析,针对少儿用户阅读需求变化、获取阅读图书方式多样化、持证比例减少及图书借阅便捷性不够等问题,提出少儿阅读家庭化、提高阅读参与度、改良阅读环境和用户活动业务外包等改善少儿用户服务工作的工作思路。
Through the questionnaire survey of children users, the demand analysis is carried out on the basis of a variety of survey results. In view of children users' reading needs, books reading modes, books borrowing certified ratio and convenience and other facts, the paper proposes the working pattern to improve children's customer service work.
