祛寒逐风合剂对阳虚型膝骨性关节炎患者内源性透明质酸水平的影响

The Influence of QuHan ZhuFeng Mixture on the Levels of Endogenous Hyaluronic Acid of the Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis of Yang Deficiency Pattern

摘要 目的:观察祛寒逐风合剂对阳虚型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节液及血清中透明质酸(HA)含量的影响。方法:将90例患者随机均分为A、B、C3组。A组采用祛寒逐风合剂治疗,B组采用透明质酸钠治疗;C组以祛寒逐风合剂联合透明质酸钠治疗。3组均连续治疗5周,观察治疗前后患者膝关节液和血清中HA的含量。结果:关节液HA水平3组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中HA含量A、C组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服祛寒逐风合剂联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗阳虚型KOA能升高患者膝关节滑液中HA含量,降低血清中HA含量。 Objective: To observe the effects of QuHan ZhuFeng mixture on the contents of hyaluronic acid (HA) in joint fluid and the serum of the patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) of Yang deficiency pattern. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into the groups of A, B and C. Group A adopted QuHan ZhuFeng mixture, group B sodium hyaluronate, and group C QuHan ZhuFeng mixture combined with sodium hyaluronate. Three groups were treated for five weeks consecutively. The contents of HA in joint fluid and the serum were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of HA in joint fluid between before and after treating in three groups (P〈0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons among three groups after treating (P〈 0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of HA contents in the serum between before and after treating in the groups A and C (P〈0.05), the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison between A and C after treating (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Oral administration of QuHan ZhuFeng mixture combined with injecting HA into joint cavity could raise HA contents in knee joint synovia and decrease HA contents in the serum in the treatment of the patients with KOA of Yang deficiency pattern.
