摘要
为了得到用于防控紫薇梨象的高毒力菌株,本试验从野外萤火虫僵虫体表分离出一株白僵菌,通过形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定为球孢白僵菌。致病力研究表明,菌株的孢子浓度达到10~6个孢子/mL时,对紫薇梨象的致死率为62.5%,具有成为紫薇梨象成虫生物农药的潜力。
In order to screen highly pathogenic strains to Pseudorobitis gibbus Redtenbacher,a strain of Beauveria sp.was isolated from dead firefly.The isolate was identified as B.bassiana by morphological characteristics and the method of molecular biology.P.gibbus was sprayed with a suspension of fungal spores with1× 10~6 mL,and the corrected mortality of adults was 62.5% after 15 d.It indicated that the strain of B.bassiana can be applied to biological control of P.gibbus in fields.
