摘要
为改善高模量沥青混合料的性能缺陷,提出采用橡胶粉与高模量剂复配方案来改善其路用性能.通过DSR试验、BBR试验、MMLS3加速加载试验、低温弯曲试验、小梁弯曲疲劳试验分析4%~12%橡胶粉掺量对高模量沥青及其混合料技术性能的影响.试验结果表明:橡胶粉掺加超过8%后,高模量沥青的高温分级由82℃增加到88℃,低温分级由-12℃降低到-18℃;橡胶粉的加入可改善高模量沥青混合料的高温耐久性和低温抗裂性,且掺8%~10%橡胶粉后,高模量沥青混合料疲劳性能显著提高.
Adding rubber powder to high modulus asphalt mixture and high modulus agent complex scheme are proposed to improve the performance of high modulus asphalt mixture. A series tests, including DSR, BBR, MMLS3 accelerated loading test, low-temperature bending test and flexure fatigue test, were conducted on the high modulus asphalt mixture with rubber powder contents of 4%-12% to study its technical performance. The results show that: with more than rubber powder content of 8% in the high modulus asphalt mixture, its high temperature of high modulus drain grading increased from 82 ℃to 88℃, and low temperature grade decreased from -12 ℃to -18℃; the addition of rubber powder can also improve the durability of high modulus asphalt mixture of high temperature and low temperature crack resistance. Es- pecially when the rubber powder content is between 8% and 10%, the fatigue performance of high modulus asphalt mixture improved significantly. Therefore, it is recommended that 8%-10% rubber powder content as the best dosage for high modulus asphalt.
