摘要
身份意识是在历史文化积淀中形成的一种心理情结,对人们的行为方式和心理逻辑产生着持续的影响,因此媒介身份问题是一个特别值得探讨的学术话题。我国媒介与生俱来具有强烈的政治身份认同,但是随着中国社会转型,媒介属性、媒介结构、媒介经营管理、媒介角色等多个维度均发生巨大的变化,媒介所获得的政治身份认同被逐渐侵蚀,出现了较大程度的身份迷失,媒介组织应该在捋清媒介身份具有自然属性与社会属性、给定性和建构性的基础之上,在媒介角色扮演和功能实践过程中重新建构媒介身份。
Awareness of identity is formed in the historical and cultural heritage as a psychological complex,which has a lasting effect on human's behavior and psychological logic. The problem about the identification of media is exceedingly worthy of discussion. China's media was born with strong sense of political identity. However,along with the transformation of Chinese society,the multiple dimensions such as media attributes,medium structure,media management and the role of media stimulate great changes,and the sense of political identity of media has undergone a period of gradual erosion,resulting in the loss of the identification of itself. On the basis of a clear understanding of the media identity with its natural and social attributes,together with its given and constructive attributes,media organizations should reconstruct the identity in the process of role playing and functional practice of the media.
