摘要
通过对延川南煤层气区块钻井遇到的诸多问题进行分析,总结了工程技术经验,文章介绍了"一趟钻"技术在煤层气中的应用,在常规钻井成熟工艺技术的基础上,从井位部署、钻头选型、钻进参数、井身结构等方面进行优化,形成了具有区块特色的"一趟钻"钻井技术,实现"一趟钻"成井。该技术在工区实践逐步成熟,为提速增效起到明显作用。
Through analysis of problems occurred drill well drilling in south Yanchuan CBM Block,the paper summarizes the technical and engineering experience and introduces the application of "one trip" drilling technology in CBM wells.Based on the mature technology of conventional gas drill,it optimizes the drilling design from the aspects of well distribution,bit selection,drilling parameters and well structure,and forms the "one trip" drilling technology with regional characteristics.The application of this technology has been gradually mature and has significant effect on improving ROP and efficiency.
