教育公平理念下的高职院校资助育人工作的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Funding Education at Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of Educational Equity

学生资助工作是高校育人工作重要组成部分,也是促进教育公平的重要保障。为了加强和改进贫困生资助工作,我们在实践中总结出"一二三四"模式,即贯穿"一条育人主线";抓住贫困生认定关和公示关"二个关键点";实现理念、主体、内容"三个转型";坚持整体公平与部分倾斜、常态管理与动态跟综、物质资助与精神扶贫、外援式资助与提高学生内在的就业创业能力素质的"四个结合"。

Financial aid work for needy college students is the important part of colleges and also the effective guar- antee to promote educational equity. In order to strengthen and improve the financial aid work for needy students, this paper comes up with the One-Two-Three-Four mode from practice, including running through a mainstream of education, grasping two key points of determination and publication for needy students, achieving three transitions of idea, subject and content, and persevering in four combinations, etc.
