摘要
高职院校学生隐性职业素养教育存在校、企双主体作用缺失、校园文化建设流于形式、相关教育考核机制缺失的问题。要做好高职院校的隐性职业素养培养,要从教师和学生这两大主体分别入手,建立完整的隐性职业素养教学体系、加强理实一体化建设、实行项目化实践活动管理方式,提升教育实践活动的层次。
There exist some problems in the education of higher vocational college students' recessive professional- ism, such as lack of function of double main body cooperation between school and enterprise, formalistic construction of campus culture, and lack of education examination mechanism. This article analyses the requirements for the culti- vation of recessive professionalism in higher vocational college. Meanwhile, it comes up with some corresponding measures, including building complete teaching system of recessive professionalism, strengthening the integration of theory and practice, carrying out project-oriented practical management and improving the level of the education practice.
