摘要
体育学科作为素质教育的一个组成部分,对提升学生体能及道德品质起着一定的作用。在高职项目化教学模式下,必须对体育教学内容进行重构。教学内容的取舍要为职业岗位技能和适应能力作准备;要优化职业体能训练路径;要强调终身体育理念等。
As a component of quality education, the discipline of sports plays a certain role in improving students' physical fitness and moral character. Under the project-oriented teaching mode in higher vocational education, it' s necessary to reconstruct the PE teaching content, This paper comes up with some corresponding measures, including the choice of course content in preparation for the professional skills and adaptability, the optimization of professional fitness training paths and the emphasis on lifelong sports concept.
